Automatization of a garage door

Abstract: Along the history, humans have always attempted to automate tasks that suppose them an effort with the purpose of improving their quality of life. For this aim, it has been decided to develop the automation of a garage door that nowadays entails getting off the vehicle and the manual lifting of the door whenever you want to introduce or remove the vehicle. A BLDC motor will be used for doing this work. In this paper, it will be implemented a short description of the different power modules involved in the process and a detailed explanation of the motor driver topology.
